Sonning Parish Council is pleased to invite potential suppliers to express their interest in and complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) for an upcoming tender for a Works Contract to extend and refurbish the sports pavilion at King George’s Field, Pound Lane, Sonning RG4 6XE.

This is the first stage of a two stage Restricted Procedure whereby a selection questionnaire will be used to establish the capability, experience and suitability of potential suppliers. A shortlist of those suppliers which meet the selection criteria will be invited to tender as part of stage two.

The second stage will be an invitation to tender where shortlisted bidders will be invited to submit a tender which will be assessed to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

The deadline for submission of the Selection Questionnaire is 23rd October 2023.
